【摘要】:ThispartofISO4254,intendedtobeusedtogetherwithISO4254-1,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofcombineharvesters,forageharvestersandcottonharvesters.Itdescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofhazardsarisingfromtheintendeduseofthesemachinesbyoneperson(theoperator)inthecourseofnormaloperationandservice.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpracticestobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.WhenprovisionsofthispartofISO4254aredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinISO4254-1,theprovisionsofthispartofISO4254takeprecedenceovertheprovisionsofISO4254-1formachinesthathavebeendesignedandbuiltaccordingtheprovisionsofthispartofISO4254.ThispartofISO4254,takentogetherwithISO4254-1,dealswithallthesignificanthazards(aslistedinTable1),hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocombineharvesters,forageharvestersandcottonharvesters,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Itisnotapplicabletohazardsarisingfromthepresenceofpersonsotherthantheoperator,cleaningofthegraintank,andhazardsrelatedtovibrationsandmovingpartsforpowertransmission,exceptforstrengthrequirementsforguardsandbarriers.Inrespectofbrakingandsteering,itisapplicableonlytotheergonomicaspects(e.g.locationofbrakepedalandsteeringwheel);nootheraspectsrelatedtobrakingandsteeringarecovered.Inthecaseoftrailedharvesters,itisapplicableonlytohazardsrelatedtotheworkingprocess.
