MIL-DTL-83495C, DETAILED SPECIFICATION: TECHNICAL MANUALS - ON-EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE MANUAL SET (23 AUG 2010) [SUPERSEDING MIL-PRF-83495B]., This specification covers the requirements for the preparation of the On-Equipment Maintenance Manual Set (OMMS) for USAF equipment. Use of Standardized System Subsystem Subject Number (SSSN) assignment in accordance with MIL-STD-1808 provides maximum cross referencing, reducing the research time required to locate needed data. DTDs, TDTs, and other files in the DSS for electronic delivery of data can be accessed at the Technical Manual Specifications and Standards (TMSS) website. see A.4.1. 【摘要】:AcceptanceTesting8212;OptionA1ofTestMethodD2256isconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsbecausethetestmethodhasbeenusedextensivelyinthetradeforacceptancetesting.However,thisstatementisnotapplicabletoknotandloopbreakingforcetests,testsonwetspecimens,testsonoven-driedspecimens,ortestsonspecimensexposedtoloworhightemperaturesandshouldbeusedwithcautionforacceptancetestingbecausefactualinformationonbetween-laboratoryprecisionandbiasisnotavailable.Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories(ormore),comparativetestsshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,usethesamplesforsuchacomparativeteststhatareashomogeneousaspossible,drawnfromthesamelotofmaterialasthesamplesthatresultedindisparateresultsduringinitialtestingandrandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratory.Thetestresultsfromthelaboratoriesinvolvedshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,aprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfound,eitherits1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftensilepropertiesofmonofilament,multifilament,andspunyarns,eithersingle,plied,orcabledwiththeexceptionofyarnsthatstretchmorethan5.0%whentensionisincreasedfrom0.05to1.0cN/tex(0.5to1.0gf/tex).1.2Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofbreakingforceandelongationofyarnsandincludesdirectionsforthecalculationofbreakingtenacity,initialmodulus,chordmodulus,andbreakingtoughness.1.2.1Optionsareincludedforthetestingofspecimensin:(A)straight,(B)knotted,and(C)loopedform.1.2.2Conditionsoftestareincludedforthetestingofspecimensthatare:(1)conditionedair,(2)wet,notimmersed,(3)wet,immersed,(4)oven-dried,(5)exposedtoelevatedtemperature,or(6)exposedtolowtemperature.Note18212;Specialmethodsfortestingyarnsmadefromspecificfibers;namely,glass,flax,hemp,ramie,andkraftpaperandforspecificproducts;namely,tirecordsandrope,havebeenpublished:TestMethodsD885,andSpecificationD578.Note28212;Fordir
