【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectriccleaningappliancesforhouseholdusethatareintendedforcleansingagentsorsteam,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Italsocoverswallpaperstrippers.NOTE101Appliancesmayincorporateheatingelementsormeansforpressursingtheliquidcontainer.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneralitdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircrafe,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,andsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-floortreatmentandwetscrubbingmachines(IEC60335-2-10);-cleaningappliancesthatarepermanentlyfixedtoabuilding;-cleaningappliancescoveredbyIEC60335-2-79,namelythosehavinga~pressureexceeding2.5MPa;~liquidtemperatureexceeding160℃;~ratedpowerinputexceeding3500W;~presurisedvolumeover5l;
