【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyoftoysthathaveatleastonefunctiondependentonelectricity.NOTE1Examplesoftoysalsowithinthescopeofthisstandardare-constructionalsets;-experimentalsets;-functionaltoys(modelsthathaveafunctionsimilartoanapplianceorinstallationusedbyadults);-videotoys(toysconsistingofascreenandactivatingmeans,suchasajoystickorkeyboard.Separatescreenshavingaratedvoltageexceeding24Varenotconsideredtobeapartofthetoy).AdditionalrequirementsforexperimentalsetsaregiveninAnnexA.Toysusingelectricityforsecondaryfunctionsarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE2Adoll'shousehavinganinteriorlampisanexampleofsuchatoy.Additionalrequirementsfortoysincorporatinglasersandlight-emittingdiodesaregiveninAnnexE.Inordertocomplywiththisstandard,electrictoysalsohavetocomplywithEN71,sinceitcovershazardsotherthanthosearisingbytheuseofelectricity.NOTE3Transformersfortoysandbatterychargersarenotconsideredtobeatoy,evenifsuppliedwithit.NOTE4Ifitisintendedthatachildalsoplayswiththepackaging,thelatterisconsideredtobepartofthetoy.NOTE5Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-toysteamengines;-scalemodelsforadultcollectors;-folkdollsanddecorativedollsandothersimilararticlesforadultcollectors;-sportsequipment;-aquaticequipmentintendedtobeusedindeepwater;-equipmentintendedtobeusedcollectivelyinplaygrounds;-amusementmachines(IEC60335-2-82);-professionaltoysinstalledinpublicplaces(shoppingcentres,stations,etc.);-productscontainingheatingelementsintendedforuseunderthesupervisionofanadultinateachingcontext;-portablechild-appealingluminaires(IEC60598-2-10);-Christmasdecorations.
