【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesasafety-relatedcommunicationlayer(servicesandprotocol)basedonEN50325-4.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestonetworksbasedonEN50325-4providingsafety-relatedcommunicationcapabilitiesbetweendevicesinasafety-relatedsysteminaccordancewiththerequirementsofEN61508seriesforfunctionalsafety.TheservicesandprotocolsdefinedinthisstandardareintendedtoextendthosedefinedinEN50325-4.Theseservicesandprotocolsmaybeusedinvariousapplicationssuchasmanufacturing,machinery,medical,mobilemachineryandprocesscontrol.NOTE1ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcovertheproceduresforthesafety-relatedconfigurationandforthesafety-relatedsetupofsafety-relatedsystems.Thedefinitionandimplementationofsuchproceduresdependsonthekindofthesafety-relatedsystem.Forexampleflexiblesafety-relatedsystemslikeoperatingtheatresasfoundinmedicalsystemsrequiredifferentproceduresthanforfixedsafety-relatedsystemslikecranesinthemobilemachinery.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverelectricalsafety,intrinsicsafetyandsecurityaspects.Electricalsafetyrelatestohazardssuchaselectricalshock.Intrinsicsafetyrelatestohazardsassociatedwithpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.Securityrelatestoenforcingpoliciestopreventchangesinthesafety-relatedsystembyunauthorizedpersonnel.NOTE2Theresultingsafetyintegritylevelclaimofasystemdependsontheimplementationoftheservicesandprotocolswithinthedevicesandthesystem.TheimplementationoftheservicesandprotocolsdefinedinthisEuropeanStandardinadeviceisnotsufficienttoqualifythedeviceasasafety-relateddevice.
