【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60898appliestoa.c.air-breakcircuit-breakersforoperationat50Hzor60Hz,havingaratedvoltagenotexceeding440V(betweenphases),aratedcurrentnotexceeding125Aandaratedshort-circuitcapacitynotexceeding25000A.Asfaraspossible,itisinlinewiththerequirementscontainedinIEC60947-2.Thesecircuit-breakersareintendedfortheprotectionagainstovercurrentsofwiringinstallationsofbuildingsandsimilarapplications;theyaredesignedforusebyuninstructedpeopleandfornotbeingmaintained.Theyareintendedforuseinanenvironmentwithpollutiondegree2.Theyaresuitableforisolation.Circuit-breakersofthisstandardaresuitableforuseinITsystemsprovidedthattherequirementsofHD384.4.473arecompliedwith.Thisstandardalsoappliestocircuit-breakershavingmorethanoneratedcurrent,providedthatthemeansforchangingfromonediscreteratingtoanotherisnotaccessibleinnormalserviceandthattheratingcannotbechangedwithouttheuseofatool.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-circuit-breakersintendedtoprotectmotors;-circuit-breakers,thecurrentsettingofwhichisadjustablebymeansaccessibletotheuser.Forcircuit-breakershavingadegreeofprotectionhigherthanIP20accordingtoEN60529,foruseinlocationswherearduousenvironmentalconditionsprevail(e.g.excessivehumidity,heatorcoldordepositionofdust)andinhazardouslocations(e.g.whereexplosionsareliabletooccur),specialconstructionsmayberequired.Requirementsforcircuit-breakersfora.c.andd.c.operationaregiveninEN60898-2.Requirementsforcircuit-breakerswhichincorporateresidualcurrenttrippingdevicesaretobefoundinEN61009-1andEN61009-2-1.Supplementaryrequirementsmaybenecessaryforcircuit-breakersofthescrew-intypes.Aguideforco-ordinationundershort-circuitconditionsbetweenacircuit-breakerandanothershort-circuitprotectivedevice(SCPDs)isgiveninannexD.NOTE1Formoresevereovervoltageconditions,circuit-breakerscomplyingwithotherstandards(e.g.IEC60947-2)shouldbeused.NOTE2Foranenvironmentwithahigherpollutiondegree,enclosuresgivingtheappropriatedegreeofprotectionshouldbeused.NOTE3Circuit-breakerswithinthescopeofthisstandardmayalsobeusedforprotectionagainstelectricshockincaseoffault,dependingontheirtrippingcharacteristicsandonthecharacteristicsoftheinstallation.Thecriterionofapplicationforsuchpurposesisdealtwithbyinstallationrules.NOTE4RecommendationsforthedimensionalcoordinationbetweenenclosuresandcircuitbreakersformountingonrailaccordingtoEN60715orequivalentmeansaregivenintheCENELECreportR023-001.Thisstandardcontainsallrequirementsnecessarytoensurecompliancewiththeoperationalcharacteristicsrequiredforthesedevicesbytypetests.Italsocontainsthedetailsrelativetotestrequirementsandmethodsoftestingnecessarytoensurereproducibilityoftestresults.Thisstandardstatesa)thecharacteristicsofcircuit-breakers;b)theconditionswithwhichcircuit-breakersshallcomply,withreferenceto:1)theiroperationandbehaviourinnormalservice;2)theiroperationandbehaviourincaseofoverload;3)theiroperationandbehaviourincaseofshort-circuitsuptotheirratedshort-circuitcapacity;4)theirdielectricproperties;c)thetestsintendedforconfirmingthattheseconditionshavebeenmetandthemethodstobeadoptedforthetests;d)thedatatobemarkedonthedevices;e)thetestsequencestobecarriedoutandthenumberofsamplestobesubmittedforcertificationpurposes(seeannexC);f)theco-ordinationundershort-circuitconditionswithanothershort-circuitprotectivedevice(SCPD)associatedinthesamecircuit(seeannexD);g)theroutineteststobecarriedoutoneachcircuit-breakertorevealun
